you can too blame him, if he were to just drive by, that's one thing. but to make a statement like that and then just drive off in mockery, that's sick and demented.

yeah, you can, because he was a jerk about it. If he didn't want to help, he should have just drove by with his mouth shut. He felt the need to stop and make a smart a$$ comment, but not help. That would have been more likely to get him shot(or at least punched in the face), saying things like that to the wrong people.
