yeah, you can, because he was a jerk about it. If he didn't want to help, he should have just drove by with his mouth shut. He felt the need to stop and make a smart a$$ comment, but not help. That would have been more likely to get him shot(or at least punched in the face), saying things like that to the wrong people.

1) I live in Canada. Our kookoo population is less than yours per capita. While that risk may still exist, the likelyhood of it happening is far less.
2) I was not on a highway when I was pushing the car. I was in a residential area, on a sunny day with a lot of people out in their yards.
3) The guy is a ****, in ANY case.
