I see em on good ol ebay for about 50bucks or less. Is this going to be as good as the k&n system or other higher dollar ones. Is there any performance gains from these off brands?? thanks for the help!

Going to have to disagree. Any filter is going to be just about the same. I wouldnt spend $20 on one from ebay, Id look at around $70. I got my K&N off ebay for about $70. If you look at the ones for like $200 youll honestly see like 1hp difference. Theyre all basically the same thing and youll see the same power.

Concur. Seems to me like you're paying for a sticker.

I would just buy one of the cheap kits off ebay then buy a K&N filter to fit it down the road.

There is definately a difference in the filter. K&N out performs most other filters, but as far as the CAI, as long as it fits properly and is of proper size theres probably not much air flow differences. I see alot of guys making their own with PVC, painting it and attaching a K&N filter to it. I bought the Moroso and I like way it looks, but it was probably not worth the money.
