Differential

Well Im looking for one, and Im watching a couple on ebay, just curious whats the big deal with a zexel torsens?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...7034755&rd=1,1

I read about its slippage and worm gears catching the gears, but is it worth the extra cash to pick up? Will it work alright with normal gears (such as the3.42s I have).

Just some info on it... Shodown?

it will work fine for you, I don't think it's worth any extra money since the big aftermarket companies use clutches with no issues in pro street type cars, I mean currie is using clutches in their's so they can't be too bad (that price is really good though if brand new)

A reluctor ring goes on the outside of the rear end. wont effect you at all.

that is an aftermarket setup. I believe the fbody uses the internal, but it should work as the housings are the same, the reluctor is for traction control and abs

nice now to buy the install parts (make sure to get all the bearings since it's apart may as well replace them and know you won't have to pull it apart in 1000 miles to fix them)
