Driver's Side Door Handle

When I pull on the handle to open the door, the handle slides up on the right and rubs the top of the recessed area. It doesn't stay where its supposed to, and it causes the paint to rub and chip off right there. So before it gets painted, it needs to be fixed. Any idead what is? Do I need a whole new door handle assembly, inside and handle and everything?

okay. we're gonna start taking Mayhem apart as soon as the radiator for the Dodge comes in, so that's when we will be changing it.
