okay so i have been having my service engine soon light come on kinda frequently so i finally took the time to go check it today...it said that Code 77Digital EGR (3.4L) and this is the description i get to fix it: Check the Digital EGR circuit for the number 3 solenoid for possible short to ground or open circuit in the solenoid wiring....anybody know what that means?

probably the wires going to your egr have gotten damaged (have fun tracing them) if you have another car to check you can see what wires have ground, and what ones shouldn't (unplugging the connector of course) and see which one is wrong on yours (or read a schematic)

umm could you give me an idea where EGR #3 is? i don't even know that

there is only one valve on the engine, just has 3 solenoids inside I believe

it's the big silver canister sticking up around the intake with a wiring harness going to it

okay i'll look for that tomorrow and then just try to trace the wiring and find out where it is screwed up then right?
