let me know how long it takes to drop the exhaust and rear end and the gas tank especially on an older car thats rusty, hundreds of people cut the whole to access the fuel pump. Furthermore unless you have some 1 off car or something special it not really hurting the car. I know numerous people who have done there fuel pumps this way, myself included cause i wasnt about to turn a 1 hour job into a 4+hr job

I dunno, I did my fuel pump swap for peformance. and took my car to my uncles garage on a weekend. and just took my time. Did the Exhaust that weekend too. Fuel pump.. prob takes 3 hours by yourself.. I'd definetly do it when you Really werent depending on it..

yea the guage always moves like that in every f-body i have driven. Also dropping the tank and changing it that way isnt as hard as it may sound i did mine in a couple hours it wasnt bad at all
