Question Get rid of one squeak and another one shows up.

A few weeks ago by brakes stopped squeeling for no real reason. I'm guessing their was grime on the pads that just wore off over time. However, now when I hit my brakes and make a sharp turn I hear very loud squeeling noise. This only happens if I lay into the brakes hard and make a sharp turned at the same time. Does this sound like something with the brakes or maybe the suspension?
