i got a 3.8L and i wanna get more horsepower out of it, i know evrybody is saying exhaust but im gonna do that in a month or 2 when i get some money, i was wondering what are some effective, fairly easy to instal, parts for my 98 camaro. thanks a bunch for all the help!

a lot of 98+ camaros do a whisper lid. i mean pretty ,uch the basic stuff as exhaust and intake.then there are headers. you can go up to the supercharger and turbos. it's all up to how much you want to spend. but remember this, you get what you pay for and you will not ever find something that claims to give you 20rwhp for 10 bucks.

Lid, Exhuast, Chip, P&P heads and TB, pulleys.......... other goodies would be a lighter driveshaft, different gears, LSD, Clutch and light flywheel

what kind of chip? i have heard from alot of people that the chips dont really work. which ones do work? and what do they do?

a chip will change timing slightly, and make the fans turn on sooner (hypertech chips only do the fans trying to lower engine temps they don't work)

u can run a TQ arm, LCA's, sways traction is key.... and run Nitrous cheep and power on the flip of a switch
