What kind of budget do you have and what do you plan on doing with the car (e.i, drag race, autocross, street car, etc..)?

Intake from eBay...$60

Cat-back exhaust...~$300 (depending on brand)

Pacesetter headers...~$235

Hi flow cat...~$55 (also depend on brand)

**Thats not including install cost, just parts

That right there can get you around 25-25 hp, better fuel economy and will sound MUCH better than stock. You can get everything from Summit, Jegs or check out the stickies up top and there are a ton of links to different sites that specialize in 3.8 v6 aftermarket parts.

BTW, if you do all that I said above, your car is pretty much ready for nitrous and/or forced induction in the future. You will need a few other things, but you get the idea.
