Help on suspension

Hi guys, i'm tired of my car to be hard as hell, speaking on suspension.
I live in Chihuahua, Mexico, and the problem here is that the streets are damn bad, i know a bit of USA and the street is like a new carpet. Want to get some advice about any changes i could make to my carīs suspension to get a softer ride. First steps i mean.
I drive a 94 Z28 Camaro i bought 5 months ago, 18" rims and some 245/45/18 tires. I changed recently almost everything in the front suspension except for the shock abs. The rest of the suspension i can say is factory original, as i'm starting to work on it.
Sorry about the english, i'm doing my best je je je.

Thankx a lot!

oo.. with a z28 and 18 wheels its going to be hard to get a soft ride.. honestly the best ride quality i would say would have to be a good non-adjustable air ride kit.. its the same suspension used on cadillacs and lincolns which ride so well.. problem is finding a kit for the camaro thats the setup you need, as well as, air ride kits seem to have a great deal of travel in them.. so although you may have a softer ride you may experience alot of travel in the suspension which will kill yoru handling, as well as may make you bottom out if the roads are extremely bad..

i was going to say...245/45/18 is too tall, but then again since you want a softer ride thats actually perfect. and like jake said, its going to be hard. you might also want to try some adjustable struts and shocks. kyb makes some affordable ones and you might be able to sent them to a softer level.

i may be wrong though...

They way I look at it, if you wanted a soft ride, you should have bought a Lexus

the only down side though that i can think of is that if u want a softer ride that typically means slightly softer suspension which will hurt ur handling, i cant really think of anything else

this is hard really man.. because your asking for a softer suspension to absorb some of the shock from potholes and what not, which requires more travel in suspension.. which in turn is just going to make your car bottom out worse when you do hit a rough spot in the road.. see what im saying?
