Sac raceway
Well I went out last night (wednesday) at Sac raceway, The car ran about where I thought it would best run was 14.3 @ 98mph in stock trim. Went five rounds to win the street class. Pretty good for the first time out. The track was crappy could'nt hook up up ran fairly consistant and just cut good lights 20's and 30's. I need some street slicks and a diet and it should drop into the 13's. A lot of Camaros and Firebirds a few mustangs & vettes. They ran us seperate from the rice'rs. It was a good show went fast, I would do it again. Trophy was a nice big glass mug with the Sac logo "winner". I need a higher stahl converter too launched at 1000 rpm brakes wouldnt hold anymore. Does anyone know if disconecting the ABS will make the rear brakes hold better?

I mash the peddle till it bottoms out you can kind of feel a stop like the piston bottoms out. And it wouldnt hold anymore than 1100 RPM. 20 psi on bald 245/50/16 goodyears and a big smokey burn out. My 60' times got better the longer I did a burn outs. I'll down load some pics. My camaro aint nothen like some of the nice cars I see on this board. It's just a drag car no show.
