it will come back...they always do, I had one cat that kept comming to my house for almost 4 months, then it dissapeared..It wasnt me if thats what your thinking, now there is a damn cat with the mange that keep going in my back yard...I think if I pelt it with my airsoft gun it wont come back, but I think my gun would kill it...

buy a very wide role of masking/transfer tape and turn it upside down on your car and just wait and watch the cat lol.. ever see a cat with tape on it's feel? it's a funny thing.. and i bet it'd never wanna see the car again

And I can't think of anything that will get him off. But if you wait by your car for a while, and just spray the cat everytime he get's near to the car.
One thing I do when cats are on the hood of my camaro is take a sling shot and some paintballs and hit the cat. I dont have a nicely painted hood, but the cat doesnt go near me car now after a couple of times.
