master cylinder is what holds the fluid (it actually lists both in the parts list I thought the same thing)

yea, Slave cylinder is a more technical word for the part you want, but people around here call it the master cylinder for the manual transmission. but its basically the same thing... i think

The slave cyc and master cyc are two different parts.

The master cyc is what holds the fluid, the slave is down on the transmission and is what moves the fork to engage the clutch.

If you buy a used tranny, you might get the slave cyc with it, if not you will have to get it seperate.

As with the pedals and such, try searching for Fparts on ebay seller lists. He runs a junkyard that deals almost solely with f-body's. He can prolly get you the pedals, cyc's, crossmember and other minor things you will need. I would say all the parts getting them used should not cost you more than $15-1800. Then all you need is a new clutch (~$450) and a ton of time and patience.
