I got a light today...
Car threw a SES light at me today when I got off of work. Does anyone have a link or some info on what the possibilites could be? or is it too hard to pinpoint? My car is running fine, and there seems like theres absolutely nothing wrong with it. The only 2 times I ever got this light was 1. from a misfire, 2. when I used seafoam, but shortly went away.
Any help is appreciated, and TIA.

no mods, no misfire... Like i said, the car is working fine, nothing is different. I could tell why I had the SES light over a year ago when I had a misfire.... Could be an 02, but I have no idea how to know that. I heard that autozone does free scans... maybe Ill run there tomorrow?

usually im an *** to you paar...and i intend to follow this trend...
shut the **** up. you damn well know no one can tell you whats wrong.the SES light for OBDII could be over a hundred different things...all emissions related. no one on the internet or anywhere except for a repair shop can tell you whats wrong with it. autozone does "free scans" but ive never heard of anyone actually being able to get autozone to pull the code. they say their scanner isnt working or it wont fit that car.
stop wasting chads bandwidth by pretending you know all about OBDII and the "SES" light...which i doubt you would even know what that stood for if it werent for it being spelled out on your dash.

Well this is the code it got:
P0441 Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
He reset it, and told me I shouldnt worry about it unless it came back up.
