I need some help figuring out what i am looking for

I am looking for i think they are called track bars.....
They are supposed to eliminate wheel hop and the mount in place of the factory piece. I think i found something like them at summit

ive never heard of those. most of the wheel hop is eliminated by the torque arm, thats where people get stronger ones, adjustable ones, and take the stress of the trans. ive heard all those things really help the car launch.

that link is to a panhard bar... you want lca's, lca relo brackets, and a torque arm... i would start with the lca's and relo brackets....http://www.spohn.net/category.cfm?categoryid=1043

Track bar is also called the Panhard bar, thats where the confusion is taking place. If you have wheelhop- get better LCA's and Torque arm. You shouldn't need the LCA relocation brackets unless you are lowered. But a track bar isn't going to eliminate your wheelhop issues..it might help some, but not as much as LCA's and Torque arm. I would also check your shocks- the best suspension can't control wheelhop if your shocks are whopped..

i think hes talkin about these

http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=10083

havent used em...dont see how they would be any differant than LCAs w/ relocation brackets other than you can ajust them better

and LCAs are very easy to install

Do you NEED them...course not, or the car would already have em, should you get em...depends, id say yes, however i dont even have them yet, i dont like buyin stuff twice and having to toss some relocation brackets when a rear end goes boom isnt too much fun in my eyes. But if ya want better traction you can i guess.

Some are ajustable, some arent, some have poly ends, some have rod ends, some have both

Rk sport has the pan hard bar and gives a good description. I was actually thinking about getting whats called a Strut Tower Brace because "I HEAR" it works well, stopping the frame from flexing and better handling in turns. This is also found and described in Rk sport.

You should only need the relocation brackets if your LCA's are lower in the front than where they mount to the axle. As long as your body mount is higher than the axle mount you should be fine.
