The cost of the seal is only a few dollars...its the labor to get to it that costs you. I don't think it should be that much though, just pulling the tranny isn't too hard if you have the proper tools.

Yea Pulling the tranny out can be done rather quicky if you have any clue at all what your doing.

I work with drive shafts and parts of diesel engines all day at work but never pulled a tranny or one on a camaro at that lol. Sounds like I might be pulling my engine. Thinking of dropping instead of going out the top. Thats unless I can get to the bottom bearings with the engine in the car.
