need some opinions...
ok ive been checkin out TPIs all over and im not too serious yet,(like i thought i was) but im thnking about once i sell my car. You guys think i should go for a 305 TPI with a 5 speed, or a 350 TPI with a 700r4. Now i would love to have the torque difference from the 305 to the 350, but it would be an auto, on the other hand the 305 TPIs can be built up pretty good and i love driving stick. so what you guys think. 305 stick, or 350 auto. i will continue looking for both but just wanted to get soem opinions on this. thanks

Personally i like my 350 auto. But if you like a stick that much and want a 350 stick go try to find you one. But all i have to say is "good luck". If you find a 350 stick let me know. I would like to check it out, just because i have never seen a 350 stick before. They are very rare. :P

only thing is idk if its TPI becuase its 86 and they only made 50, 86' 350 TPI cars. Its a good price tho just kinda far from me but it looks like a pretty good deal. should prolly call or email and ask about it.

yea i thought about it but theres too many of them and a little too much money for me. theres a lot of irocs but i would take a nice iroc over a 4th z-28. just my personal preference, i guess im just a third gen guy(kid)lol

A lot of IROC's? Well i would say around here i am the ONLY 350 IROC that is still original. Every single IROC or RS i have seen around here that is close to the same year as mine is either a RS V6 or a IROC 305 and has paints chips or something on it.

yea i guess your right but i go to a lot of car shows so theres people that coem from idk say 25 miles witch is a pretty good distance for people to come to a small car show. also i was kinda reffering to the amount of irocs i see for sale. o yea j/w kyle but you ever run your car at the 1/4 mile or ne thing like that? u got ne numbers?

No. I have not ran my car at the track yet for a time slip. As soon as the track reopens after winter i will have a time slip up. I am guessing it can run atleast mid 13's or low 14's. I am not exactly positive though. I am also thinking of getting it dyno'ed at a shop around here that my dad knows the owner, and we might be able to get it dyno'ed for free.
