Pretty much knocked that one out the the park there.
I don't see why it wouldn't pass with a simple tune-up and some seafoam....My high carbons were only 160. The limit is 150. And the other ones were really close too.

chad i dont understand why yours is so homo. cali doesnt even require any of that crap. i had a modified k&n on my LT1 and didnt even have the CARB EO sticker and they didnt care. they just asked if it was legal. i said yeah, and bam.

My brother's Eclipse was OBD II obviously, they tested it with the computer and it passed, then they ran mirriors under it, then they tested it at the exhaust and it passed again. Then they opened the hood and found a K&N air filter with a CARB number on it and they failed him for it since he didn't have paper work saying it was legal.
They are starting to become real ****'s here, they even ran mirrors under my parent's minivan when they use to own it.
It's $55 a year here per vehicle.

I must be lucky, I didnt have it in PA and now that im in KS they dont even have yearly inspections here unless you transfer out of state tags, all you need to do is register is yearly. If you want to see some totally non street legal cars come out here haha.
