Ok, first off the bolts. They are spinning because the screw into the slides, they well slide, and spin. Thus making it a floating calliper thats how they can be 2 piston and use both pads. The slide end is mostly round with 2 flat sides perfect for and adjustible wrench. I will look up the torque specs now. Second i have the vynals, they are great and stay on awesome, i just put 2 coats of clear high temp paint over them,

maybe i will get them then and i wasnt worried aobut them touching i figured that they would....and i didnt know that about the "floating Caliper", il let my dad know that they are supposed ot spin and not be tight in there.....it jsut felt like whren this one wasnt tight i was afraid it will un screw it self

it tightens to the slide or pin type thingy to best describe it, once tight they shouldnt really spin, just alow the caliper to slide from left to right if you were looking at it from the front or back. Its kinda hard to explain, let me know if you dont get it, mine were a *****, i had mine sandblasted then spent along time painting and clearing, but gosh it was worth it, heres a link to some before and after pictures.

Really ugly b4 pictures

are you talking shifting the caliper left and right on the bolts for the wheels that way.....i fso yeah it does that but the one side is almost stuck i guess because its so tight

yeah at first i was only using steel wool for about an hour then i found the wire brush to put on the drill and it worked so good wit they caliper spray .....still took me 4 hours to clean them both to how what i thought was good but i really like thoughs leters i think i might do them maybe not now but soon

It shouldnt be that tight. thats how you get uneven pad wear, and maybe warped rotors(dont quote me onthat) you can just clean the slots the slides go in and put some new anti seize in there, really made mine slide alot nicer.

i was also hoping phate or someone who is good at explaining things would pop in here and make sure im 100 percent correct and ur catchin what im pitchin.
