Exclamation Rear end swap

Will the rear end out of a 95 camaro fit in my 89 ok? I can get one for $75 not a posi or anything but I need to get it fixed. If the whole housing doesn't fit will the gear at least fit? PLease help I need to know for sure by tommorow.

The 4th gen rear ends are 2" wider I believe. So yes it would work if you get different offset wheels and never rotate front to back again. As in the center section, the size is the same from 82-02- 7.5" so the guts 'should' work assuming that your axle splines are the same, should be 28 spline.
