Thats personal taste, i Love black cars, but if you want a car that should be easy to mantain dont paint it black. About making everything black on the car, i personaly dont like that because i think the car looks abit dull/boring with everything black.
If you want to build a show car, dont paint it black because they dont atract the eye as mutch as other collors, aswhell as black is a pain in the as to photograph(unless you got a badas camera and good lighting)

i like black cars when they are well taken care of and clean but hate them when their dirty so if you dont plan on cleaning it every day then i wouldnt paint it all black
