454 bored .030, 13:1 SRP forged dome pistons, .620 lift solid lunati cam, holley strip dominator intake, cast iron open chamber heads with a extremely massive port job and 2.19/1.88 valves, stock crank and rods (for this summer anyway), and i havent decided what carb yet...

are you gonna be around 12:1's with the open chambered heads? that should be a bad *** motor. guess it will fit your name.lol. this guy i know has an 84 camaro with a 509.lol, its like 12.5:1 motor got a 1050 Dominator on it. i think it was dynoed around 680 horse. he runs mid 10's all day and now with his WOT shot(not sure of exact size) his best so far was a 10.1, but he only had one since the install.lol gonna be crazy. get some pics of you project. id love to see some.

ooo. i got ya. yea my dad's new big block hes putting 67' 98cc heads on it. i guess they're pretty rare. but should be a nice combo with his cam and rest of his motor for the street and maybe a little track fun.

yea im gonna play on the street a bit with mine too, but i have to run cam2 all the time so fuel is a little pricey. i think its at $3.50 a gallon now here.

you have to support the body to keep it from flexing even 1mm can make the car not drive right, and panels not fit

IF you wanna give it a shot, for the most part taking it off will be just as hard as putting it on, seeing how you dont wanna damage anything,....but if you do it,make sure the car is sitting on all 4 wheels...to avoid any body shifting,if it was on jackstands,or anything, when you let it down the roof will shift alot, so you wanna do the swap when the cars on the ground,so it wont shift.....thats if you dont have a jig...if not, you can make templates, and or tons of braces.......shouldnt be to hard, but yea, if you know a place that can do it right, mabey see how much they'll charge....not saying you cant handle it though....

you make a cage basically weld steel to teh door frame and accross the front and rear, and a diagonal or 2
