i got crossdrilled slotted from gripforce (i think) that i bought on ebay just cause i needed rotors cause my other were horribly warped but they have held up great (knock on wood) and ive had them like almost a year

I've got the drilled and slotted ones on Epic's fronts. Havent had any probs at all. I've heard all the same things you guys have too but from what i understand unless you're doing some major hard breaking all the time they should hold up fine.

Could the cracking on of the cross-drilled rotors be caused by driving the car in the winter? I could see that possibly causing some problems because there would be such a huge temp. change from a cold rotor to a hot, and the rotor constantly heating and cooling at a rapid rate.

yeah but realize, when youre driving, your wheels are acting as a fan and cooling the rotors down anyway.

also the rotors can get to probably 2-3 hundred degrees...whats it matter going from 80 to 30 degree ambient temp.

Would you ever pour freezing cold water on a hot block? Same difference.
