smog legal headers

Hey everybody if i ever get the 350 installed in the camaro i was wondering if it would be worth it to get smog legal headers. I have regular headers that are a good size and super loud when open but they would never pass emmision. I am going to use stock manifolds for now but aren't street legal headers kinda expensive? So the question is, is it worth it?

depends on how well you like swapping out. Street legal headers tend to be a higher quality so they don't have the gasket failures typical cheap ones do (and don't cost much more than a non emissions type in the same quality catagory)
