Spark Plugs= Funky color

My spark plugs are a Brick Red, all around, the electrode is a little red it self, however the engine is cool, so there not Red Hot. and then the Number 8 cyl. has oil on the threads to the seal.. Dunno, ive never seen such a thing. All the plugs ive changed in my life so far were either Brown or black..
