Post Steering problem.

I had to move my car cause my mom had to go to work. As I backed out I noticed my car did not want to turn. I had to turn my wheel really hard and the wheel would turn in pulses. A few minutes later I moved my car back under the car port and it turned a lot easier. The car was still not easy to turn but it seemed to work easier as the car warmed up. When I moved my car I did not give any time to warm up since I was going to get on the road and it was a cold mourning. I wondering is it possible to have cold nature steering system?

Problem seems to have gone away for now. I'm going to regrese it this weekend and check the fluid.
