Time to start with suspension.

I want to start on my suspension. I know the next thing for me to buy is new adjustable shocks. What do you suggest after that? Please note I want F1 style

get poly bushings. I would replace all the ball joints and tie rods, just so you know it's done

More detail here... what is considered a 'performance alignment'?

I do alignments at work, this is a new one on me. I'd like to know how to do this lol.

you have to change camber and caster. I used to have a book with what was recommended (I did a bunch for the guys at road Atlanta)

Well I figured that, but what to?

The machine I have is a really old hunter, but I figure I can do it all the same.

If you could find that book, I might just do this to my car before I goto this autocross thing, then of course fix it afterwards.

it's in Atlanta (it belonged to the shop) it depends on the type of racing, and car weight. Hunter may have something on their website

The type of alignment you would want to an autocross track wouldn't work for DD, it would wear your tires horribly. To put it simply, you want your tires to lean in slightly so that as you into a corner and the car leans, your outside tire then has full contact with the road giving you better traction and it won't wash out as quickly.

Thats about as much I know, I'm by no means an expert, I'm more of a straight line guy..
