Question Tranny leak.

Maybe a seal maybe the pan I'm not sure yet, all I know the leak has returned and now it is basically dripping tranny fluid at an increased rate now.

Weird thing is that the tranny was hardly leaking and once I added a little fluid the **** thing started leaking again. Would running a shift kit cause a leak in a transmission to increase maybe?

not really, but if teh pan was overtightened it can, also see where it's dripping, could be front seal, pan or rear seal (hope for pan or rear seal they are easy)

I think it is the pan, see the guy who had my car before me (or the guys who rebuilt the car) messed up. Some of the bolts used on the pan are different and most don't have washers. If it ever quits raining I will roll the car up on some ramps and see what is going on. I'm kinda hoping it is the pan cause I have a new deep pan on the way with new studs and everything anyway.

You can see a tiny drip of fluid still on the pan and the when I wiped the pan clean their was fluid on the pan. As far as I can tell their is no fluid leaking through the weep hole where the front main seal is. It could also be that little O-Ring where the dip stick goes in the tranny but I'm hoping it's not.
