Umm I believe your wrong.. Im sure that the Camaro Concept had its own frame.. Thats why it was such a crazy thing... Most concepts go off of a different frame like you said but the Camaro didnt..

Yeahhhh, no. The top speed is actually probably around 45-50 in a test drive video I saw, and heard from someone who actually drove the car. And the concept is not off a xlr, they made thier own concept car.
