camaroboi33 05-31-2007 02:52 PM

Ws6GoFast 05-31-2007 02:57 PM

yeah I think theyre like $20.. they become old and worn I believe... I could be wrong though.

Phate 05-31-2007 03:11 PM

There is no 'loose' one. Tightening it would be pointless.

Just go get another one. As everyone else has said, they are cheap.

Get a poly one. Any power in the car will tear a stocker like nothing. Takes longer to jack the car up than to change the mount out.

Sinister95Z 05-31-2007 08:54 PM

Poly mount here as well. As stated before, just replace it.

Bernotas05 05-31-2007 09:02 PM

I agree with everyone, its easy as hell to change out.

paarman97maro 05-31-2007 11:00 PM

SO any other light on this? Where exactly is the mount? right underneath the tranny by the pan? I need to change mine too, dont know where its at.

Can you pick up poly ones from any auto store, or do you have to order them up online?

camaroboi33 05-31-2007 11:31 PM

okay this is what you do to find it cuz it's hard to explain...look for a pic of it online and then look for it on your car....it's gonna have a bracket lookin thing on it to help support the transmission the mount is on top of that....i know thats probably hard to understand but wen u see it youll get it..

sman 05-31-2007 11:42 PM

Theres supposedly a crossmember at the end of the trans, the mount is on top of that.

camaroboi33 05-31-2007 11:46 PM

exactly what i was tryin to say ha!.....crossmemeber thank you thats was i meant
