transmission mount is loose anyone know how to tighten it?

there not expensive and its its an esay change guys. Put the car on stands support tranny with jack and its a few bolts then put the new one in.

There is no 'loose' one. Tightening it would be pointless.

Just go get another one. As everyone else has said, they are cheap.

Get a poly one. Any power in the car will tear a stocker like nothing. Takes longer to jack the car up than to change the mount out.

Yep. Just get a new one. I got a new Energy Suspension poly and it works good.

SO any other light on this? Where exactly is the mount? right underneath the tranny by the pan? I need to change mine too, dont know where its at.

Can you pick up poly ones from any auto store, or do you have to order them up online?

okay this is what you do to find it cuz it's hard to explain...look for a pic of it online and then look for it on your car....it's gonna have a bracket lookin thing on it to help support the transmission the mount is on top of that....i know thats probably hard to understand but wen u see it youll get it..

Theres supposedly a crossmember at the end of the trans, the mount is on top of that.
