so i wanted to check out my rpo codes and see just what the car was ordered with and what not, so i am looking them up, and there are some strange things appearing 2.73 rear end, t-tops, 15 inch wheels with hubcaps, etc., so i went back out to the car and the vin on the rpo sheet doesn't match the car, so the console (or at least the center lid) is out of an 86 5.0 4bbl with 215/65 r15. god was i confused for a minute there

The RPO code sheet VIN doesnt match the one on the vehicle? That is kind of weird. That either means they just felt like replacing the center console OR it's something bigger then that, meaning everything isnt factory. Meaning the body, motor, etc..

i think the arm rest was cracked or something and they got one for a donner car, and it just so happens that that is where the rpo sheet is located

haha, i doscovered something else new, for some reason my speedometer gets stuck at 90, haha, never used to do that, trust me i was going more than 90 haha
