the maf probably won't be a noticable improvement (there has been some debate, but few really see any gain), if doing poly bushings on sway bar do all poly, does the f body 3.8 even have a distributor? The stock coils on the 3800 engine are as good as any aftermarket, and tend to last longer (msd on that engine also is a waste as it adds nothing) I don't think there is a chip for that engine, it's a full pcm

yeah it has a distributor. so what your telling me is that alot of these parts dont do anything or they dont make it for my car? so what am i suposed to do to get alot more power. would it be a smarter idea to ditch all that and just get a turbo? cuz i gotta do something that car is too damn slow for me

no dude...the 3.8 in the camaros doesnt have a distributor. it has three coilpacks. you may be thinking of a 2.8.

no distributor, alot of the parts you mention do nothing, an msd has yet to show gains on a distributorless ignition engine in good condition

Thats what I would like to do... Seems youre not gonna find much else that will give you sufficient gains. A turbo I think is worth it for the money.

don't throw money at teh car, do changes that will help with what you plan in the future, but still work now, aftermarket parts are not always better than factory

i have a 3.8 also and after all the research ive done ive found out that if u want alot more power then a turbo is the way to go little stuff with just be like 1 or 2 horsepower here or there it wont really make much difference and alot of the stuff u get isnt better just because its aftermarket.
