I try to stick to wet, unless you have a good aftermarket fuel pump and injectors, and honestly wouldnt spray more than a 125-150 shot...
NX and NOS both make very good wet kits, TByrne.com sells them both at VERY competitive prices, I am currently in the process of my new TNT PowerRing force 2 kit which is a wet kit, that allows you to spray 100-350 shot...
Best advice I can give you is stick to all of the safety features, start small(Don't put a 300 shot in on your first run), see how your car likes the small shot them slowly build up until you reach your goal... I started out with an 80 shot, my car loved it so I went to a 125... Now with the TNT kit I will start with a 150 and hopefully this summer be spraying a 200-250 shot...
Also, determine what you want to use the nitrous for? Short, powerful bursts at the drag strip or long lasting small power adder for street races or road races...
All things to consider... hope this helped, any more questions feel free to ask...
Joe (aka Ricekillr) please add your thoughts as well...

Thanks I was looking at a wet system. i got a new walbro fuel pump, i dont want to have to worry about having big enough injectors so i will most likely go with a wet set up.

I will agree that wet is a safer set-up in that you aren't depending on your fuel system to add the additional fuel to make sure your motor doesn't detonate and lean out.
Your cam looks like it should handle a little bit more of a shot since the exhaust is a little higher/longer. But it also depends on what else is done to the car..
But I would start out small just like others have said. Anything that you can do to aid in safety is a good idea. If you want consistency get a RPM activated system. But if you want that 'go button' fun put in a button that activates, but with full throttle and rpm window safety devices as well.
