Harness is the same. Having a 97 ECM flashed and put into a 96 car is going to work perfectly.

i picked up the kit, and it looks pretty good the guy was awesome and is going to help me out as much as he can, i am going to have it installed at a shop thou, all those vacum lines look a little confusing for me.
glad the pcm will work perfect, i just need to make sure its a canadian one cause of emissions here.

just bought a 97 pcm from pcmforless.com it was pretty damn cheap i found one at the wreckers for 65 and its 50/50 its going to work and not need to be flashed i got one from pcmforless for 75 shipped, not tuned cause the shop is going to tune it to get it running good with the turbo set up.
should be here in a week or two then off to the shop my car goes for the turbo install.
if anyone needs a pcm thats a good place to go, they are 50 bucks, nd 25 for shipping to canada.
and you get to talk kelly who has a hot voice lol.
