P.S. if anyone wants good customer service you gotta pay for it, from clothes to electronics. Harry Rosen-Sony Store. My Cyber-Shot is a 5.1 MP, I bought it for 1,100 when it first came out, I bought it with a gig memory upgrade, they gave me a spare battery as well and 3 yr warr, I brought it back after dropping it off my bike repairs were done to the lens cover free of charge. My bro bought a vaio comp, and 32" lcd screen as a monitor, he had probs with the computer hardware on the usb adaptor, they replaced his computer rather than sending it in and waiting for it to come back, they also threw in a free wireless keyboard and mouse. Just make sure ur willing to pay for good customer service and stop going to the value village of electronics. Stay away from Best buy. P.S. Nobody wants to hear you bitch about goodwill either.

From what i know Best buy Hire's people to work their who have no experience what so ever, and they don't even train their employee's. And from my experience if you want Digi cam's that will last you a life time get something from SONY or SAMSUNG. sony is great because of the quality of their camera's but their memo card cost alot.

they don't train their employees, every company trains their employees..
and of all digital cameras, you said Sony and SAMSUNG? LOL WTF!?
Sony yes, Carl Zeiss lens are wonderful and small tid bits of things make their camera's good, but not anything great.
and Samsung, I won't even get started on how they are pretty shitty when it comes to compact digital cameras.

man **** i work at best buy... and i mean if u want customer service come to the one in Brampton's city center its the best.... !!!!!
and first of all when they didnt send u the battery back the first time u should have asked to talk to the manager.... !!

i worked in home theatre at FS 2years ago for 2years. Quit there because i got a co-op IT job. Went to work part time at Best Buy during my last school semester, hated it there people there didnt know jack , no product training just BestBuy BS training....how to fill a damn form etc....so i quite that winter on boxing day....ahh came in to shop that day and my old boss just looked at me. Plus i was getting underpaid just because i didnt have my university diploma but had 2yrs experience over others who i worked with. BestBuy blows goats..... now i have an IT Job
