im 17, and i have worked my whole life to pay for my 9000 dollar swap, as for the car, my grandfather bought me that right before he died, and as for real cars not being driven in the snow, thats what tein suspension is for........... slam it in the summer, raise it in the winter, i dont see what the problem is, wash your car everyday as well so that the salt does not eat it up, there are ways of getting around storing the car for the winter..........
You all had some bad to say when i said i drove my moms van, as if you all have never gone out in your parents cars

Ok, well whatever, its possible to drive any car in the snow, my dad has a 2006 cls 55 making 507 hp, he drives it in the snow, my car has 227whp and im driving it in the snow with my hakalapeta swedish rally tires, so it is possible to drive the cars in the snow no matter what they are............

1. like rabbit said, too much wheel power. maybe not with fwd, but with rwd you'd be sliding all over when snow is in the ground
2. the salt will eat you're car. every city puts our major salt in winter. as you drive, you're bound to collect salt. salt will eat you're car
3. you cannot wash your car everyday, because for many people, it is not a simple rinse. it is a precision wash taht covers virtaully all exterior parts (including under). this takes time, which is many do not have.
-you cannot use a power brush, because this may, controversely, damage the paint. many people choose to do a hand wash, which, again takes time
-you cannot wash your car in winter, becaue as you wash, the water will freeze, and it will not wash all the salt away.
4. as you drive in winter, especially with salt pieces on the road, and with crap mixed with the snow, other cars will spray you're car with crap, this WILL chip the paint and screw up the paint job
5. there are many more, however i am too lazy to list.
in the END, you are able to drive any vehicle in winter, however "the real" cars choose not to, because in the summer, you're car will look like crap and you wont be in your prime.

Yes, i guess you are right, washing the car does take time..... but the rear wheel drive cars with a load of hp can still drive in the snow, think about how muscle cars used to be, no traction control nothing, and tires were not advanced as they are now
