Maybe next time you race you should look at the road ahead of you and make sure there aren't any white cars with blue stripes and lights on the roof.

If you weren't charged with anything, your insurance won't penalize you and you *should* have your repairs paid for because the drunk idiot's at fault. Why don't you ask a lawyer, no one here (including me) knows the proper answer. Would you go to a lawyers office and ask them how to modify your car, or ask them to teach you proper talking technique? Why come here and ask for legal advice?

you know what i'll never understand?

why people with names like "turbo'd something or other" and "new vr6 racer lol" even begin to say something like "street racing is bad" or "ur so stupid".

this site is called "toronto street racing".

i think it should be assumed that street racing is generally accepted around here.

nope, you rearended him, 100% fault, even if he swerved in front of you and he slammed on his breaks. When you have a policy of your always at fault when you rearend someone then it solves a million headaches of determining who is at fault and by how much. You can always try to prove that he intentionally tried to cause the accident, but its almost impossible to prove that, and in this case thats not even what happened.

Yes I agree; but there is a police report (don't know what is on it) I assume saying this crazy street racer was not at fault; and also the other guy was charged.

I supposedly rear ended a truck; I had to prove I didn't; the police report showed I didn't but the truck driver kept saying it did..

The insurance company found me not at fault. what matters is that you prove to YOUR ins. company; and not the other guys. since that is what will show up and make a difference when they run a check on the records.

the police report doesnt matter, for example a police report can clear you of fault but the insurance company can find you at fault. So it doesnt so much matter what the police report says.

So I guess all the people that inhabit Iraq are terrorists. Just because people frequent this site does not mean that they are obligated to condone street racing. Besides, this site has an awesome classified section.. I'm there most of the time.
