iv trained in Guelph with Willis Karate for the past 15 years. world championships eh! not to be rude but how many countries involved and who ran the tournament where was it. you are good, that you are but did you see that girl alexia that comes up on youtube after she is great!

i competed back like 5 years ago. i kinda got out of it when i went to college. im thinking about getting back into it but only for training a few students that go to my old clubbut only to do tournaments. whats the scene like these days for the black belts seeing how i havent been around for awhile. but i see the same people are still promoting the tournaments.

its good.. competition is still pretty strong i think.. on tour canada at least.. i think its prbly getting a bit stronger, especially in adult cuz they're beginning to offer some good money.. you should get back into it.. i think im getting out of it after next week tho..

i wont be for a while i broke my leg 9 weeks ago and its going to take a while before i can even walk right let alone twist and turn on the ankel. its good to see them handing out some cash i remember when there was no money given out and now there is. its come a long way...... whats the prices like still $40 for 1 event $5 for each additional? or has the price of that gone up.

joslins cost me 50 bucks for one event. thats nuts. atleast i got a medal to take home with me. and had to buy a new gi as my pants got torn at some point, lol
