Question Anyone here do metal work?

Machining and such? I need a small 3.25" round metal plate - something like a 3/8" or 1/4" think aluminum or steel with several small holes drilled in it... I will of course provide dimentions of what I'm looking for. Anyone here do that kinda thing or know someone who does? I will pay for matierials/labor/shipping.

you should be able to get that done super cheap down where you live, in fact a lot of places who do that kind of stuff just have scrap metal laying around, im sure if you asked for it they would give it to you or it would be super cheap (for the scrap) getting it made is going to be super easy too.

just hit the yellow pages and look for a machine shop, or a body shop. im almost positive i could do it for you, but you'd have to pay for shipping.

Grab a phone book and look under: "Machine Shops"

P.S. Look in the calendar forum under: "Which month do you want?"
