Asking How to

I wouldn't recommend disabling it completely.
To disable it on a per-program basis:
1. Click Start, right click My Computer. Select Properties.
4. Click the Advanced tab.
5. In the Performance area, click Settings.
6. Click the Data Execution Prevention tab.
7. Select Turn on DEP for all programs and services except for those I select
8. Click Add.
9. The open dialog box will open. Browse and select your application.
10. Click Open
11. Click Apply
12. Click OK
13. Reboot
To disable Data Execution Prevention completely:
1. Click Start, and then right-click My Computer.
2. Click Properties.
3. Click the Advanced tab, and in the Startup and Recovery area, click Settings.
4. In the System Startup area, click Edit.
5. In Notepad, find where it reads /noexecute=**** (where **** is whatever the setting reads currently).
6. Replace the policy level (for example, "OptIn" default) with "AlwaysOff" (without the quotes). Your boot.ini file switch should now read:
/noexecute=AlwaysOff
7. In Notepad, click File and then click Save.
8. Click OK to close Startup and Recovery.
9. Click OK to close System Properties and then restart your computer.
You can also use the MSCONFIG utility to edit the boot.ini file. This setting does not provide any DEP coverage for any part of the system, regardless of hardware DEP support.

DEP can take advantage of software and hardware support. To use DEP, your computer must be running Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) or later, or Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1 or later.
