When I had my 91 Integra back in the day, i put it in the trader for $6750, so this guy calls me and says he's coming to see the car and he's on the road, then he's like I have cash in hand. Then he's like ahh where do you live. Anyways he did come, and wanted the car Certified (no etest back then) and I said it was being sold as-is. Anyhow I had to tell the guy to give me $6000 and keep $750 for himself to pay for any thing that might need replacing for safety. Long story short I took a $300 deposit, He called me 2 days later and said he was ready to pick it up, then he tells me can I take the car, show my mechanic and then come back and pay you?? WTF is that??? I'm like no pay the remainder and take the car. Then I'm like if the car needs too much to certify are you not going to take it?? He's like yea, my dad says I can't buy it if it needs too much to certify, LOL end of story. . . . He bought a $300 test drive. I trade my cars in now. Too much BS selling it on the trader. Goodluck with your sale though. Car looks clean.
