Bush Says: We Care!

I have never been a fan of Bush, but seeing the things they getr there and what the people here aren't getting (there is a neighborhood within the city limits of mobile tht is gone and has had zero visits from anyone but news crews who give them a couple bottles of water, and the city which is running out of stuff)

That place is just a mess, not just physically, but politically and just about everything else. I wouldnt even know where to start: the crimes? the gangs? food/water? the people that have been abandoned? or even trying to get the city in order... there is just so much to do there there, its crazy. the last thing anyone should be ******** about is racism; im with chad, I hate how that is thrown into every situation... im not going to speak like ive seen the situation, because i have not.. but it seems like everyone down there is trying to do the best that they can to help, and i know there are tons of places donating food/supplies... its not like theres seperate bins here for whites/blacks, the whole racism thing is just stupid

the big thing with them is many are refusing help, while areas with as much damage (gulf port MS has no buildings that are safe to even go inside)we had flooding (there was 10 feet of water in the street in downtown mobile)everyone talks how NO is so devistated, but teh dollar damage is teh lowest of the major hit cities. They have more deaths simply because of lack of preperation (not to mention lack of compasion on the part of people in charge)

It's just like that one act, I can't remember the name of it, for colleges where they have to let blacks in first. It's obvious that when it comes to the pendulum of what's considered racist and what isn't, the pendulum has swung WAY too far and now everyone's always worried about being coined racist.
