ryan was busted doing almost a 100 in a 35 in the middle of the night. Should have lost his locense, tickets, fines, jail, the whole works.. Know what happened? He got yelled at for being late to work by his boss. That's it.

If I was honest to a cop.. he would slap me with every charge he could..

Thats Just my luck..

But, I have a plan... Sir, My speedo cable snapped yesterday. and im on my way to autozone to get me a new one.. I wasnt doing anything over 70 was I?

If you are doing more than double the speed limmit you can go to jail. In IL if you are doing 90+ the officer is sposed to arrest you but most knock down the charge to 89.
