Brian,

The difference in insurance between me running a Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa or a Yamaha YZF-R6 was, literally, $105 a year.

I kid you not. It was the difference between $610 yearly for a Hayabusa or $505 yearly for a Yamaha YZF-600R, including all taxes and crap.

Move to Alberta and you can plant your own money tree. Admittedly, the bike is cheap as hell. Financing it, I'm only paying $158 a month taxes included.

I wanted yellow/black so badly, but good luck finding a race jacket in yellow and black. I found a helmet that would have been killer, but no race jacket and sadly, no yellow/black bikes either. :\

Talk to the bike dealership. Usually they can hook you up with someone who can make you some leathers in the colors you need. It might cost you a few bills, but im sure you'd be happier.

Now the problem of finding a yellow/black bike.

I'm going with either Team Yamaha blue or Red.

BOUGHT.

I signed on the dotted line today for a shiny new 2006 Yamaha FZ6 Fazer in Candy Red. Half-faired, R6 motor, 6 speed, weldless frame.
