ive got buddies who are cops and they wont give you a 50 over ticket, instead its 49 over, saves them hours of paper work and that way people arent getting too ****ed.
also a friend of mine, whos a fire chief was coming back from the gta got stopped doing 55 over. cop gave him the ticket, he told they guy, you know ive got no problem paying it and i know i was speeding but make it 49 over. cop wouldnt drop it. so for a week his gf had to drive him everywhere. its a shitty law. and he got nabbed on some back road where it goes from 80 to 50 and hadnt slowed down in time.

You can't become a "Victim" to a law.
Unless, like Judgez said, you get booked in a shitty speed limit reduction that isn't well marked.
Even still, you are willingly going 50 over, therefore you aren't a victim.
Don't get me wrong, I don't agree with it, but "victim" isn't the right term.
