is it 50km or over?
i swear i hear on the radio this week it was 31km or more (odd number)? maybe that just makes a suspension or automatic court date?
also big OUCH for that impound story

If your stupid enough to go 50 over and risk endangering the lifes of you and the people on the road around you, you deserve to have your ****ing car crushed. There is absolutely no need to go 50km/h over the speed limit.

it has happened to me before, getting a ticket I did not earn, many times. WRPS isn't exactly the best or most honest service around

my friend at work recently got caught with the 50km/h+.. cop told him , he caught him doing 130 and followed him till he hit more... i was shocked at the dumbass for not paying attention, he got slapped with a pretty hefty ticket, car impounded, license gone for a week i believe.

Anyone here willing to give me some advice. I am representing a friend who is pleading not guilty to speeding and seatbelt tickets. I have received disclosure, but it is incomplete. The officer made not one, but TWO errors, one on the face of each ticket. I intend to question the officer in order to raise reasonable doubt . I am preparing my opening statement and cross examination very thoroughly and believe I can win. Any suggestions, besides hire someone else to do it?
