Civic, you can get one of last year models at a really good price, you just might not get all the options you might want. IMO get an import. Most new domestic cars are made very very poorly, but that's just my opinion.

BTW: Accents, very nice car, didn't think so, but I took a brand new one for a cruise, it is sooo clear, no big panels, blind spots are minimal, turning is pretty good for FWD (basically opp of the Saturn ION), overall for the price very nice car.

Why not just buy a car for a couple thousand dollars and save yourself the hassels of interest. you can buy a decent car for between $2000-$4000 and with gas prices the way they are you are going to be spending about $1500 a month with lease and insurance might aswell buy a car and then spend less than $700 on insurance and gas

just my opinion but you should avoid the gas rape by getting a good fuel efficient car and not an suv!

it's not for me, and with lease/gas/insurance it will be under 500$ the way she drives and her rates, depending on if the car lease cost is between 2-300

the only more supperior products comming from the domestic market are from the us company with a german name .

but anywais ... not bashing domestics at all ... you got 200 - 300 per month to spend ... and not 1000 - 2000 per month to spend . good , get a domestic , best bang for the buck u'll ever be able to get here in the 53'd state , no import for similar price would compare

can't argue because i havn't seen those

but I think i told you what happened when i considered buying the new stang .looks sick , and i know it's fast .price is right ...

so i went to see it .

once you get close to it , and inside , you see american cost cutting cheapness all over . dashboard looks nice , but the feeling of the material rivals that of my 92 civic . front wheels have the domestic car syndrome of beeing too far back from the front which normally makes a small cavalier less maneuvrable than a huge 7 series BMW . Blind spots are awfull because ... people will see how big the engine is , and how cool the car looks who gives a about the big picture ...

so yea ... i don't want to be ignorant , so I may be wrong since i have not seen all new domestic cars . but over the years this was the feeling i've got from my experience with domestics , and to me , if the domestic market do stop saving money and beeing cheap with holistic features , in the end they would have learned from euro cars anywais

and just for the record , my first car was a high end pontiac , and i loved it back then , bashing imports , etc , etc . But experience got me from that , to this ...

in the end , beeing in canada , and thinking about saving money , there is nothing else you should get other than a domestic car .
