OKay, so I know we all have computers, but gaming computers is the question. When I was younger I played a LOT of games, but the only game I find myself playing in spare time is Counter-Strike Source. It's the counter-strike mod for Half-life 2. If ANYONE here plays it, we should exchange info so we can play together. And if ANYONE has HL2 without playing counter-strike, START PLAYING. And if anyone doesn't have the game or a computer that can play it, BUY THEM, PLAY IT, and then we can play together. lol ... I don't know why I like it so much. Its one of the more true 2 life shooters, and you can take out them damn terrorists.







All my other gaming is centered on my roomates XBox 360, but this game is addicting.

Yea, I play CS:S. Fun game. In-game name is same as my screen name here. Phate. PM me if ya wanna play sometime. It is indeed a fun escape game that you dont have to have hours to spend to have a few quick rounds of fun in.

Oh, and dont forget the joys of shooting terrorists

i have...oldschool CS, but rarely even play it.
But someday i may end up with cs:s...it looks sooo nice!

This one was when my grafix card was a lil messed up (the purple), but i thought it was funny how they ended up dying. One cuddling a gun behind the chair, and the other leaning agianst the wall.


There is also a sub mod called ZOMBIE MOD, and it is soo fun. You try not to get bit by zombies, and fend them off with AKs and M4s. This is a zombie hung up.


There is so many custom maps. Here is a bedroom rat map.


This picture is to show the physics of the game, when you get nailed by a grenade you go flying, and its so funny.


Phate, go to your "friends" list in game, add me as "Midtown_33". Everyone else with CS:S do this too. I sure hope more people play this. It would be so fun to get a bunch of PC people to play together. Haha, start a ****** clan or something!

zombie mod is great, ive been playing dystopia its a free mod you can download off of steam its fun stuff.

I still like 1.6 better. I did a tourny last year playing source for the first time, and I didnt really like it. I love 1.6, and I own at Wal Mart (You know this Jason ), but seriosuly, you ever wanna play 1.6 let me know, I havent played it in so long, but I love playing with friends, its more fun that way.

1.6 > source in SO many ways...Source looks good but the gameplay sucks...u dont need skill to own in source. 1.6 Is where the comp is at and where u NEED skill to play it.

While I agree on the skill part, after playing CS:S for a year or so now, coming from 1.6... going back is impossible. The graphics and dynamics leap is too far. Play source for a couple months and you'll see what I mean.

I stick with 1.6 cuase I know all the maps, Im used to them, the weapon dynamics, and movement. Same reason I use IE over FF haha.

Hmm... interesting... you creatures of habit. Well, I'm not going to install an earlier version of counter-strike, so if you guys want to play source let me know.

So far I take it only Phate wants to CS:S it up with me. Sweet.
