Yeah many college kids have been dissapearing in La Crosse. They think its a cerial killer, but theres hundreds of bars on the streets along the river so people are dumb and fall in I think.
Wierd luck though sorry about it.

I guess Im one of those people with the tinfoil hats, but I think theres someone doing it. That many people dont just "fall in the river and drown".

This happend last year too, it happens every single year around the same time.. That is not coincidence. Weird how it happens around this time, and not during summer when theres way more people around riverside.

Here, I found a couple:

http://www.vanceholmes.com/court/tri..._students.html

Who knows, but its ****** up, I think it is someone doing it though. I lived there a good majority of my life, and I just cant bring myself to believe people would just drown that often. I think the LAX police are just BSing.

Yes- cops do keep a lot of stuff on the DL for the sake of the public. Not only to keep people from flipping out but also to keep the suspect from thinking someone is watching him. Once an announcement is made typically 2 things happen.
1.) the public goes in an outcry- saying how the police should be doing their job and the case should be solved 5 minutes ago
2.) the suspect(s) either skip town or go on the DL and make it that much harder to catch.
If there are killings going on, trust me the police know. There are autopsies needed when there are people dead. Some of them might be accidental, but if there are that many it would seem fishy without there being somekind of investigation as to where they are all coming from...
